In pursuit of the vision, the municipality of Sta. Lucia is committed to provide fast, effective, efficient and quality basic services to its people especially to the less-privileged group through enterprise development, productive partnership with all potential stakeholders, sustainable development of resources, research and technology based modernization and local and international linkages with developmental institution.
