The CAP Development Center is an
ideal venue for conventions, seminars, workshops, weddings,
birthdays, baptismal receptions, ballrooms, inductions and
other activities that need a spacious, cozy and just within
the heart of the business and tourism zones of Vigan City.
This venue could cater a maximum
of 400 guests through its spacious 421.68 square meter area.
