The development of a Local Government Unit is a concerted effort of all individuals in the
different sphere of the society, it entails a long tedious process, it is this
purpose that the present local administration and the local development council
have continuously been undertaking development researches, studies,
consultations and dialogues with the different sector of society to come – up
with the most appropriate and effective development thrust and strategies and
paths that are contributory and instrumental in the attainment of envisioned
development of the locality which is doable and sustainable.
A 5-Year Investment Plan is a product of these efforts that manifest and
solicits involvement of the different sphere of society in identifying the felt
needs which when realize will serve as a strong foundation in the determined
effort to make Santa a prosperous and dignified town.
Programs Projects and Activities stipulated in this plan reflect the Santanians'
untiring effort to attain their vision utilizing this plan as a guide and
vehicle in traversing the development path being aimed at utilizing its natural
wealth.
Purposely, this plan was formulated for investments to pour in and attract
investors to come-in who are considered as the basic element to achieve and
realized all the programs, projects and activities reflected hereto.
